Full-time. Haase + Long has a 70-year track record resolving medical debt with compassion, in Lawrence, KS and beyond. We're looking for someone who can reach out to and work with patients to compassionately create zero balances — reviewing open accounts, collaborating with the recovery services team, and making outbound calls to offer resolution options.

What we're looking for: collections, sales, or customer service experience (prior collections preferred, not required), strong written and verbal communication, comfort on the phone, careful adherence to procedures and collections law, sharp attention to detail, and a self-motivated, professional, positive attitude.
